BOOKING PROCEDURES

• Whether booking a flight or hotel only, an Individual or Group trip, please schedule a travel planning consultation. Once the consultation request is received by our office, you will receive a Client Information Form (CIF) via email which will allow you to provide us with the customized details of your trip.

• Upon receipt, our trusted travel advisors will research your request and provide a quote, with options via email. Please note that this is ONLY a quote. 

• Kharismatic Travel Services, LLC will NOT research your request without the required planning consultation fee and CIF. 

• The emailed quote is strictly for confirmation/approval of client. Tickets and/or reservations will not be made without the client’s authorization. Please note: rates and availability are subject to change until booking is confirmed. 

• Once the approved quote is received from the client, our agents will issue an invoice via email (eInvoice) with a Credit Card Authorization Form. Note: Airline tickets, if any, will be issued; Hotels and car rentals will be confirmed only upon receipt of the Credit Card Authorization Form. Alternate options will be provided if rooms are no longer available at the time of booking. A copy of the confirmed booking reference # will be issued once a Credit Card Authorization is approved by the supplier. 

• DISCLAIMER: Refunds are authorized under certain circumstances, such as securing Travel Protection/Insurance. Kharismatic Travel Services, LLC charges a planning fee for ALL request (this is payable at the time of scheduling your planning consultation with Kharismatic Travel Services, LLC via Credit/Debit Card and/or PayPal).

  • There is a $20.00 planning fee for all air transportation, hotel or rental car only request (all single booked items).

  • There is a $30.00 planning fee for all cruise consultations (regardless to the number of travelers).

  • There is a $50.00 planning fee for all Individual Travel request (4 or less travelers); once the trip is booked and final payment has been received, Kharismatic Travel Services, LLC will reimburse $25.00 of the planning fee.

  • There is a $100.00 planning fee for all Group Travel request (5 or more travelers); once the trip is booked and final payment has been received from entire group, Kharismatic Travel Services, LLC will reimburse $50.00 of the planning fee.

  • There is NOT a planning consultation fee for Land Package Tours.
